Tapped is about gifted people whose gifts come in the form of mind manipulation talents, such as mind reading, telepathic, clairvoyance, hypnosis, etc, and the secret government agency that ensures that these gifted people do not use their talents for bad. The story centres on Leah, who doesn't really know what power she has, but then is taken into the agency partly for protection and partly to learn about her gifts, and Tiago, who has worked for the agency for many years. As with all good PNR, we have romance, humour and mystery.There were a couple of things that stood out about Tapped that I really liked. Firstly, the characters where adults, not teenagers. Secondly, with some adult character PNR books there is often an abundance of sex, this one had some and was discriptive, but it was not at a level where it was like I was reading erotica. Thirdly, Leah is no shrinking violet, who needs to be saved. She is a strong, determined and independent character who can take care of herself. And lastly, I very much enjoyed that banter between the characters, there was a nice amount of humour in this book.
Overall, I took a chance on this book and I am glad I did. The story moved at a great pace, and I never wondered when something interesting was going to happen, as something was always happening. There are a lot of twists and turns in the story which always made me want to keep reading more. The romance between Leah and Tiago was nice and although it was a big part of the book it did not overtake the rest of the story. I liked that the romance was not above getting the bad guys. If you are into PNR with adult characters give this one a try. I will be reading the next one.
Will I read it again? Probably
Would I recommend it? Yes.

Liked the characters and the plot, but really criticize the font size. At maximum on my , it was smaller than newspaper font...VERY much smaller. Seriously, had eyestrain after reading this one. That is the only reason for the 3-Star rating.
But props to the author Sinclair, I did read it cover to cover despite the difficulty.
I'll prolly read the sequel in the series.
Fabulous book that had my attention from the first chapter. I cannot wait to learn more about the characters in the second book Bent.
A perfect blend of excitement, mystery and erotic story telling. It is a easy read and I can't wait to take down the next book, Bent!
If you like a book with paranormal, this one to read. Well written, good characters and great plot, can't wait for next one! You won't go wrong.
Once I picked this book I couldn't put it down. It has romance, a heroin,Leah, that acts more human in emotions than others I have read. Her love interest,Tiago, is a man anyone would love to meet loving, supportive, protective and charismatic. The story keeps you entranced and you just want to keep on reading to see what comes next. When it ended, I read the epilogue that is the next book. And let me tell you, I am dying to get it so I can continue reading the saga.
